MAKING TIMELINE IN LANGUAGE LEARNING



The important thing from using timeline for students in learning is timeline provides a visual tool for studying brief period of time. Creating timelines appeals students’ visual, mathematic, and kinesthetic intelligences. When the students convert information or ideas into a timeline they gain increase understanding to the focus topic they want to learn. The students freely to create different timelines based on their need. Students who use timeline are actively engaged into the lesson. In other side the teacher can use timeline to monitor and evaluate the student progress, and provide information about students’ learning need.
